With all of this free time I have had these past few weeks, I really do have little to show for it. That is a damn shame, I tell you what. Why, when I look back on this formative time of my life, I’m gonna be real sad to see that all I did was perfect my watching-episode-after-episode-of-The-West-Wing-while-dominating-at-solitaire skills. Also YouTube. I’ve gotten real good at watching everything on YouTube.
So! In an effort to increase the likelihood that I will look back on this time in a dreamy flashback sort of way, I am going to commit to doing something awesome every day (this week). What that means I really have no idea, but there is awesomeness to come, my friends!

Also, can we just take a second to talk about time. I feel like all through college time flew at lightning speeds. Like one second I would be settling in my first day of class and then I would nod off for just a moment and the next thing I knew I was staring directly in to the terrifying face of finals. Now I feel like it has been ELEVENTY HUNDRED years since I graduated, when in fact it has really only been five months. FIVE MONTHS. What is that?!
So yes, even though this “formative time of my life” (aka my fancy euphemism for unemployment) has only been a thing for a couple of weeks, I am going to continue to refer to it as that because oh my god time has stopped moving.
